Are you an experienced Carer, Care Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant seeking a new opportunity? We are a small care company, with a 23-bed care home on the edge of Exeter.

Our core values are to deliver Outstanding Care to our residents and Wonderful Place To Work for our staff. We are now recruiting for Care Support Workers for full and part time hours to join our teams.

We are seeking people who are can offer high quality care and support to our residents, including the following:

• provide companionship to our residents, listening and talking about their interests
• offer a warm welcome to residents’ family and friends and to ensure their views and opinions are listened and responded to
• be fully aware of and consistently implement individual care plans for all our residents
• ensure our residents have a great quality of life to the highest possible standards

In return we can offer you a competitive rate of pay:-

Unqualified –
Basic hourly rate £12.72
Night enhancement hourly rate £13.99
Over time rate £15.22 (all hours worked over and above contracted hours).
Bank holiday rate – £19.08

NVQ 2 –
Basic hourly rate £13.05
Night enhancement hourly rate £14.36
Over time rate £15.55 (all hours worked over and above contracted hours).
Bank holiday rate – £19.58

NVQ 3 or above –
Basic hourly rate £13.30
Night enhancement hourly rate £14.63
Over time rate £15.80 (all hours worked over and above contracted hours).
Bank holiday rate – £19.95
